This role offers a chance to drive meaningful impact by implementing and optimizing Microsoft D365 CRM solutions for mission-driven clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic guidance, enabling you to influence both system design and process improvements. You will lead workshops, create documentation, provide user training, and support ongoing system enhancements. Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to gather functional requirements and understand business processes.

  • Configure and customize the D365 CRM system, including entities, workflows, and custom plugins.

  • Develop training materials and deliver end-user training to ensure successful adoption.

  • Document functional specifications, process maps, and system configurations.

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and recommendations for system improvements.

  • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

  • Stay updated on D365 CRM features and best practices, driving continuous enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft D365 CRM consulting, including hands-on configuration and customization.

  • Proficiency with D365 CRM modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service.

  • Experience with Power Platform tools: PowerApps, Power Automate.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass an FBI background check required.

  • Nice-to-have: familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, victim services, or jail management systems; Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate).
