Define and execute a strategic commercial plan to drive growth and expansion in the North American market.
Develop, lead, and scale a regional sales and business development team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Drive and manage external commercial relationships, including high-stakes negotiations with key decision-makers.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across finance, product, marketing, and engineering to ensure the success of company-wide initiatives.
Represent the company at industry and media events, establishing a strong presence in the market.
Identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities, developing innovative approaches to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in business, commercial, finance, or consulting roles.
5+ years of experience leading sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
Proven success in fast-growth startup environments, ideally within the tech or travel industry.
Strong record in complex commercial negotiations with high-profile international clients.
Experience managing scalable operations and leading product or regional launches.
Ability to drive cross-functional deliverables and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Strategic, innovative mindset with the ability to challenge industry standards.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
