About This Position
Marketing Coordinator
Marketing Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience to support a broad range of marketing initiatives across product marketing, general marketing, and operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The Marketing Coordinator will play an essential role in helping execute marketing campaigns, manage assets and timelines, support day-to-day operations, and ensure consistent communication across teams. This position requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to both creative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Product Marketing Support
- Assistin the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product promotions.
- Coordinate product data, imagery, and assets for use across digital, email, and print channels.
- Support content creation, including drafting copy for emails, web updates, and collateral.
Marketing Operations & Administration
- Maintain campaign timelines, project trackers, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Digital, Design, Web, Communications) to ensure deliverables are on schedule.
- Support email marketing execution, including list management, QA, and deployment through the ESP.
- Assist with CRM updates, customer lists, and data hygiene to support campaign targeting and lead management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing dashboards using Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales, product, and web teams to support marketing initiatives and special projects.
- Partner with external vendors or agencies as needed for marketing production andlogistics.
- Participate in marketing meetings, brainstorms, and campaign recaps to share insights and ideas.
Additional Support
- Assistwith occasionalevent,tradeshow, or mailerlogistics(limited travel possible).
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (internships or agency experiencea plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (ESPs) and CRMs; knowledgeofDynamics 365a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn in a cross-functional team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving marketing department.
