This role is a high-impact, partner-facing technical leadership position focused on scaling advanced AI and high-performance data storage solutions through a global ecosystem of channel partners and strategic alliances. You will act as the primary technical advisor for partner organizations, enabling their sales engineers and solution architects to effectively position, design, and deliver complex infrastructure solutions. The role blends deep technical expertise in storage, AI/HPC workloads, and modern data architectures with a strong focus on partner enablement and ecosystem growth. You will be responsible for building technical capability across VARs, GSIs, and cloud partners, ensuring they can independently drive successful customer outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align strategy and accelerate adoption. - Lead technical enablement programs for partner organizations through training sessions, workshops, and deep-dive solution sessions on advanced data and AI infrastructure.
- Build and strengthen technical competency within partner sales engineering and architecture teams to ensure effective solution positioning and delivery.
- Support partners during pre-sales cycles including discovery, architecture design, solution validation, and proposal development.
- Assist in responding to RFPs and co-developing technical proposals aligned with customer requirements and scalable architecture standards.
- Enable partners to run demonstrations, benchmarks, and proof-of-concept engagements successfully and independently.
- Identify technical gaps within partner ecosystems and design targeted enablement and development plans.
- Collaborate with partner leadership to grow technical practices and establish repeatable solution offerings.
- Work closely with internal sales, product, and engineering teams to align partner strategy and incorporate field feedback.
- Contribute to the development of partner certification programs, reference architectures, and technical enablement content.
- Support strategic alliance initiatives and ensure technical readiness across partner-led opportunities.
- 3–5+ years of experience in partner-facing technical roles, channel enablement, or partner ecosystem development.
- Proven ability to enable and support partner sales engineers, solution architects, and technical consultants.
- Strong understanding of storage and data infrastructure, including SAN, NAS, object storage, and parallel file systems.
- Knowledge of data protocols such as S3, NFS, SMB, and POSIX-based systems.
- Familiarity with high-performance computing (HPC), AI/ML workloads, and large-scale data analytics environments.
- Understanding of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, InfiniBand, and RDMA.
- Exposure to modern infrastructure ecosystems including Kubernetes, GPU-based systems, and cloud environments is a plus.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, partner-ready enablement materials and training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success in building partner technical practices or centers of excellence is highly desirable.
