  • Drive execution of market access plans across internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration with marketing and customer engagement teams.
  • Engage with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to ensure all initiatives meet internal and external governance requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including RFP processes and contract execution in alignment with compliance standards.
  • Monitor portfolio-level performance and communicate risks, opportunities, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to organizational capability building by developing talent and fostering a high-performance market access culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Health Policy, or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry, with a focus on market access, managed care, pricing, or commercial strategy.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare systems, payer dynamics, and pharmaceutical value frameworks.
  • Proven experience developing and executing market access or brand commercialization strategies in a complex matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working across brand, marketing, pricing, and customer engagement functions.
  • Strong knowledge of health economics, HTA, reimbursement, and access strategy principles.
  • Ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $194,600 to $361,400 USD.
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus and annual equity awards.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, holidays, and personal days.
