This role is a high-impact finance leadership opportunity within a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare organization focused on improving outcomes for children with complex medical needs. You will play a central role in shaping strategic finance and FP&A capabilities, supporting long-range planning, capital allocation, and enterprise-wide forecasting. Acting as both a hands-on financial modeler and a team manager, you will partner closely with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to translate financial insights into actionable business decisions. The role requires strong analytical rigor, leadership capability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will also contribute to investor and executive reporting, business case development, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. - Build and maintain long-range financial models, including 3-statement forecasts, scenario analyses, and valuation frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead annual budgeting processes and monthly forecasting cycles across the organization.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and financial scorecards to support performance management and executive visibility.
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to analyze performance drivers, identify variances, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Support capital allocation decisions, investment evaluations, and ROI analyses for key operational and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to executive and investor reporting, including materials for leadership, board, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in capital market activities, including equity or debt financing, refinancing, and related strategic projects.
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, fostering high-quality output, accountability, and professional growth.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhancements to financial systems and reporting structures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development.
- At least 1+ year of people management or team leadership experience.
- Strong financial modeling expertise, including 3-statement modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and executive presentations.
- Experience working in healthcare, value-based care, or complex service organizations is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
