Summary:
We are looking for a new graduate to join us as a Business Analyst. The successful candidate is willing to dive into various accounting tasks and operational analysis. You will have a digital background, positive attitude, be comfortable with routine accounting duties as well as extracting and analyzing financial data using Power BI. The candidate will also enjoy stepping in and providing support at all levels, including working on special digital transformation projects.
What You'll Do:
- Manage full cycle accounts payable functions including:
- Invoicing, working closely with internal teams to capture and verify billing information.
- Collections
- General accounting functions include journal entries and accounts reconciliations.
- Perform month-end closing tasks and reporting
- Using Power BI to create reports for financial data analysis.
- Streamline accounting process using tools like Workato to integrate data across various platforms and systems.
- Perform other duties and special projects as required.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or data science
- Love data, experience with Power BI, including the ability to create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models.
- System integration and automation experience
- Excellent Excel skills and other Microsoft applications.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills and ability to use apps to perform tasks
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Enjoy working in the office environment and collaborating with colleagues
- Team player and able to initiate corrective action in a positive manner

This is an on-site position, so relocation will be required. Remote work is not supported at this time.
