- Launch and grow manga-focused social media channels, managing content strategy, planning, and publishing.
- Create platform-native copy and manage scheduling to ensure consistent, engaging content.
- Build and maintain an active, engaged fan community while monitoring trends, sentiment, and feedback.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with editorial, marketing, and growth teams to ensure alignment and approval of content.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, optimizing content performance through data-driven insights and testing.
- Align social initiatives with marketing campaigns, launches, and key brand priorities.
- Monitor emerging social media trends and best practices to continuously improve audience engagement.
- 5+ years of experience in social media or community management, preferably in entertainment or global brands.
- Strong understanding of fandom culture, anime, and manga communities.
- Expertise in social media platforms, management tools, and analytics to drive engagement and growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling, platform-specific content.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
