The Social Community Manager will lead content strategy, publishing, engagement, and performance analysis across priority platforms, ensuring social initiatives align with broader marketing goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and launches to life, while building a vibrant, engaged fanbase. Accountabilities
  • Launch and grow manga-focused social media channels, managing content strategy, planning, and publishing.
  • Create platform-native copy and manage scheduling to ensure consistent, engaging content.
  • Build and maintain an active, engaged fan community while monitoring trends, sentiment, and feedback.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with editorial, marketing, and growth teams to ensure alignment and approval of content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, optimizing content performance through data-driven insights and testing.
  • Align social initiatives with marketing campaigns, launches, and key brand priorities.
  • Monitor emerging social media trends and best practices to continuously improve audience engagement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in social media or community management, preferably in entertainment or global brands.
  • Strong understanding of fandom culture, anime, and manga communities.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, management tools, and analytics to drive engagement and growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling, platform-specific content.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand and business goals into engaging social experiences.
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and remote stakeholders.
