This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM professional to lead complex, enterprise-level transformations across global clients. You will be responsible for defining solution architecture, driving end-to-end PPM implementations, and advising senior stakeholders on strategic decisions. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring high-performing teams, standardizing processes, and developing reusable solution frameworks. You will have the chance to influence ERP transformation programs, optimize project management practices, and contribute to the growth of a specialized PPM practice. - Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations, covering Project Costing, Billing, Grants, and Resource Management
- Manage multi-track transformation programs aligned with broader ERP Cloud initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on PPM solutions
- Facilitate solution design workshops, architecture discussions, and decision-making sessions
- Develop accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks to strengthen PPM practice and ensure process standardization
- Ensure quality delivery, documentation, and compliance with implementation best practices
- Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams, guiding project teams toward successful outcomes
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams on solution demonstrations, proposals, and client engagement activities
- 8–12+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Oracle PPM, preferably Cloud
- Proven track record leading large-scale Oracle Cloud PPM implementations
- Deep expertise in Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management, and Resource Management
- Strong understanding of integrations with Financials, HCM, and Procurement modules
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions
- Demonstrated team-building and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on delivering results
