In this senior leadership role, you will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for a leading consumer mobile product used at scale. You will lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of product managers and UX designers, setting the standard for product excellence across the organization. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, you will translate business goals, user insights, and data into a clear, actionable roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery from concept to launch. This role requires strong executive presence, deep product intuition, and the ability to balance long-term vision with fast, decisive execution. You will play a critical role in shaping product culture and ensuring that every release meaningfully improves user experience and business outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization, including product managers and UX designers, through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Own product strategy, roadmap definition, and prioritization, balancing near-term delivery with long-term growth objectives.
- Serve as the ultimate owner of product quality and execution, with final accountability for features, releases, and overall product integrity.
- Partner closely with engineering and marketing to ensure alignment from ideation through launch, proactively removing blockers and driving cross-functional execution.
- Use data, customer insights, and performance metrics to guide product decisions and continuously improve engagement, retention, and growth outcomes.
- Represent the product organization in executive planning discussions, ensuring alignment on priorities, capacity, and strategic direction.
- 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing product teams in consumer-facing mobile products.
- Proven success in launching and scaling products from early stage to broad market adoption.
- Strong ability to define and communicate product vision, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Deep experience working with engineering and design teams, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on product oversight.
- Data-driven mindset with strong experience defining and tracking KPIs such as retention, engagement, and growth metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to operate effectively across executive forums, team settings, and high-stakes decision-making environments.
- Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000, based on experience and qualifications
