This role sits at the intersection of advanced software engineering and quality assurance within a high-impact R&D environment focused on cutting-edge computing technologies. You will contribute to the development of robust test automation frameworks and ensure the reliability of complex software systems used in high-performance computing and AI-driven applications. Working closely with globally distributed engineering teams, you will participate across the full product lifecycle—from requirements definition to deployment and field defect analysis. The role involves designing scalable test solutions using modern programming and automation practices while collaborating with researchers, algorithm teams, and system engineers. You will also help drive quality engineering excellence by applying best practices in test design, automation, and defect reproduction. This is a highly technical and collaborative role where innovation, precision, and problem-solving directly impact next-generation technology solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving software quality through a combination of manual and automated testing practices while contributing to the design and implementation of scalable test frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams across geographies to ensure robust product validation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Design and execute manual and automated testing strategies for complex software systems
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using C#/.NET and Python for Windows-based applications
• Create test cases based on strong software testing and engineering principles
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and support
• Collaborate with global teams including researchers, algorithm engineers, and field support teams to validate solutions
• Reproduce and analyze defects reported from production and field environments
• Apply modern test engineering practices, including AI/ML-based approaches, to enhance product quality

This position requires strong experience in software testing and automation within complex engineering environments, along with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary global teams. A solid foundation in programming and test framework development is essential.

• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in software testing, including both manual and automation approaches
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and Python for test automation and framework development
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and test case design methodologies
• Experience working in end-to-end product development environments
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional global engineering teams
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with defect reproduction and system-level troubleshooting
• Exposure to AI/ML-based testing approaches is an added advantage
