This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on driving strategic retail growth across mass, club, grocery, and emerging channels. The position plays a key role in expanding and deepening relationships with major retail partners while identifying and launching new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to define and execute omnichannel sales strategies that support long-term brand growth. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on account management and negotiation at the highest levels. It requires a strong commercial mindset, deep retail expertise, and the ability to translate insights into scalable growth initiatives. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will have a direct impact on revenue expansion and market presence.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and grow strategic retail relationships across mass, club, and grocery channels, acting as the primary point of contact for senior-level partners and ensuring alignment on joint growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute account-specific and channel-wide sales strategies in collaboration with executive leadership, translating business priorities into actionable growth plans.
  • Lead end-to-end business development efforts, including identifying, negotiating, and launching new retail partnerships across existing and emerging channels.
  • Use data, consumer insights, and financial analysis to guide assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies that maximize performance.
  • Oversee sales reporting, performance tracking, and business reviews while building scalable processes and tools to support retail expansion.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, merchandising, and finance to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives and long-term channel success.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within retail, consumer goods, or lifestyle/home products industries.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large-scale retail accounts, ideally across mass, club, grocery, or omnichannel environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiation, financial modeling, and performance-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior retail stakeholders and tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong proficiency in retail metrics and Excel or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $165,000 to $200,000, with additional performance considerations
  • Equity participation aligned with company growth and success
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions
  • 401(k) plan with 3% company match
  • Up to 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave and access to fertility support services
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy
  • Monthly coworking and wellness reimbursements (fitness, meals, massages, and more)
  • Home office setup stipend and annual workspace upgrade allowance
  • Unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and quarterly wellness days
  • Annual professional development budget to support career growth
  • Employee discounts and complimentary product offerings.
