Commercial Real Estate Attorney – Kansas City – Hybrid Remote

Our litigation team focuses on construction, banking and financial services, fidelity and surety bonds, contract disputes, and real estate matters.

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
· Structure, negotiate, and close commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions · Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases (office, retail, industrial), easements, and development agreements · Advise on and document real estate financing transactions (loan agreements, security instruments, intercreditor agreements) · Coordinate closings and post-closing deliverables; work with title companies, lenders, and opposing counsel · Counsel clients on risk allocation, deal structuring, and regulatory compliance
