KIDS CLUB ASSOCIATE - HWI at Saint Bernards Medical Center – JONESBORO, Arkansas

Must have the ability to read, write, take verbal instruction and perform basic arithmetic. CPR/AED certification required.

Experience in a structured child-care setting or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a sincere liking for children of all ages. The communication skills and language skills necessary to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. The organizational skills necessary to simultaneously supervise children of various ages, abilities and interest levels.

Requires moderate physical effort as well as frequent standing, walking, and kneeling. Requires frequent lifting or moving of average weight material, typically 25 pounds or less.
Flow of work and character of duties involves normal mental and visual attention much or all of the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. May be required to supervise children outside on a playground or within the confines of the SBHWI.
