This role sits at the intersection of sales performance, training, and operational excellence, focused on accelerating revenue impact through structured enablement programs. You will help sales teams ramp faster, sell more effectively, and continuously improve through targeted onboarding, coaching, and training initiatives. Working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, you will design and deliver scalable learning experiences across multiple sales roles and product lines. You will also play a key role in building sales playbooks, refining messaging, and ensuring consistency across the sales organization. This position requires a blend of instructional design thinking, sales acumen, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and operations to align enablement efforts with business priorities and growth goals.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for building and scaling sales enablement programs that improve team performance, accelerate onboarding, and strengthen overall sales execution. This includes developing training content, managing enablement tools, and using data insights to continuously optimize effectiveness.

  • Design, improve, and maintain sales processes, playbooks, messaging frameworks, and enablement documentation
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training (virtual, in-person, and self-paced) for sales teams
  • Build coaching frameworks, 1:1 training sessions, and performance assessment strategies to improve sales proficiency
  • Create and maintain enablement assets such as decks, case studies, product materials, and sales collateral
  • Define and track KPIs to measure enablement impact on onboarding success, content adoption, and sales performance
  • Analyze data and program effectiveness to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to prioritize training needs and content development
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sales tools and technologies used across the organization
  • Continuously evaluate industry best practices and integrate modern enablement approaches, including AI-driven tools
Requirements

You bring experience in sales enablement or a related sales-focused role, along with strong communication and organizational skills. You are passionate about helping others succeed and are comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. You combine structured thinking with creativity in designing impactful learning experiences.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, training, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create and deliver engaging training content
  • Experience building onboarding programs, playbooks, or structured learning initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and operations teams
  • Comfortable working with data to measure impact and improve program performance
  • Experience using or implementing AI tools to improve workflows or decision-making is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Intercom, or similar platforms is a plus
