Step into a high-impact role where cutting-edge AI technology meets developer community growth. This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong communicator who can inspire developers, accelerate adoption, and shape the future of privacy-focused AI applications. You will serve as the bridge between engineering teams and external builders, helping developers discover, understand, and succeed with advanced tools and platforms. From technical storytelling to hands-on demos and community engagement, your work will directly influence ecosystem expansion and product success. Operating in a global remote environment, you’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing functions while representing innovative AI solutions to the broader market. If you enjoy coding, teaching, and building trusted developer communities, this role offers outstanding visibility and impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with developers, strategic partners, and open-source communities worldwide.
  • Lead developer engagement initiatives through AMAs, webinars, office hours, hackathons, workshops, and online forums.
  • Create high-quality technical content including tutorials, blog posts, documentation, sample apps, demos, videos, and SDK guides.
  • Develop prototypes and reference implementations that showcase practical use cases for AI products and tools.
  • Gather developer feedback and translate ecosystem needs into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
  • Advocate for developer experience improvements across onboarding flows, APIs, tooling, and documentation.
  • Represent the platform at conferences, meetups, and digital events through talks, workshops, and technical presentations.
  • Support launch strategies for new developer-facing features, APIs, and integrations.
  • Track community sentiment, adoption metrics, and engagement performance to optimize DevRel initiatives.
  • Mentor internal teams on best practices in technical communication and community building.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience with strong coding fundamentals.
  • Previous experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Community Management, or similar roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js, including production-level development.
  • Experience building, testing, and maintaining applications, APIs, or developer tools.
  • Proven ability to create engaging technical content across written, video, or live presentation formats.
  • Experience speaking at developer conferences, webinars, meetups, or public technical events.
  • Strong understanding of developer experience principles, onboarding journeys, and community growth strategies.
  • Experience with AI or machine learning technologies such as LLM integrations, AI APIs, or chatbot solutions.
  • Familiarity with Llama.cpp, ggml inference engines, or efficient local model deployment workflows is highly valuable.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, product, and marketing teams.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote global work environment with flexible location options.
  • Opportunity to help shape next-generation privacy-first AI developer platforms.
  • High-visibility role with direct influence on product adoption and ecosystem growth.
  • Collaboration with world-class talent across AI, engineering, and digital finance sectors.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies, local AI inference, and advanced developer tooling.
  • Fast-paced culture with strong ownership and innovation mindset.
  • Career growth opportunities in a globally recognized technology organization.
  • Flexible work structure designed for autonomy and productivity.
  • Opportunity to build a personal brand through public speaking, content creation, and thought leadership.
