Sales Support Associate at Inventive Group – Mountain Home, Idaho

In this role, you won't just be answering phones; you’ll be a key partner to our customers and dealers across the globe—from Japan to Germany and everywhere in between.

What You’ll Do

• Keep Things Moving: Responsible for entering and/or processing customer orders.
• Be the Expert: Manage and respond to customer questions regarding availability, delivery status, and returns.
• Manage the Warranty Process: Enter, manage, and drive warranty claims to completion.
• Improve the Way We Work: Identify process improvements to eliminate waste and provide improved customer experience.
• Support the Team: Assist sales team members and support the Team Leader in reporting metrics.

What You Bring

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with sales management tools or CRM is preferred.
• Reliability: Excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Computer Work: Prolonged periods of working on a computer; we provide adjustable height work desks as a standard.
• Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Travel: No travel is required for this position.
