About This Position
TMP is seeking an energetic, highly detailed, and design-minded Marketing Coordinator to support business development and firm marketing efforts. This role will focus primarily on proposal and presentation development, graphic design, and marketing production, while also supporting broader marketing initiatives such as CRM, events, collateral updates, and digital content. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategy support and hands-on execution. We’re looking for someone who can help create polished, thoughtful materials that strengthen TMP’s brand and support pursuit efforts, while also growing into broader responsibilities over time.

Requirements:- Support the development of proposals, qualifications packages, interview decks, and other pursuit-related materials
- Regularly conduct research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor positioning, both generally and for upcoming pursuits
- Create and format marketing collateral, project sheets, resumes, brochures, and presentations
- Help maintain and evolve proposal templates, presentation standards, and other branded materials
- Work with firm leadership and the marketing team to tailor materials to client opportunities and pursuit strategy
- Assist with CRM data entry, opportunity tracking, and marketing file organization
- Coordinate logistics and materials for events, sponsorships, conferences, and recruiting-related activities
- Support website, social media, award submission, and digital content updates as needed
- Assist with project photography coordination and maintenance of marketing image libraries
- Help ensure consistency of TMP’s brand, messaging, and visual standards across all materials
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or communications
- Problem-solving mentality and willingness to take initiative
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong graphic design, layout, and visual communication skills
- Excellent written communication, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, professional presence, and eagerness to learn
Preferred:
- Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, commercial real estate, or professional services
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam
