Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead concrete crews on large-scale commercial and agricultural pours (400+ yard projects)
• Manage daily project timelines, crew schedules, and site logistics
• Delegate tasks effectively to ensure crew productivity and project flow
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure crew compliance with company and OSHA guidelines
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless operations
• Conduct quality checks to meet specifications and standards
• Troubleshoot site challenges and implement proactive solutions
• Mentor crew members to develop skills and foster teamwork
• Maintain accurate records of progress, materials used, and project milestones
• Operate equipment as needed; CDL drivers encouraged to assist with transportation when required

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction with proven ability to lead successful crews
• Hands-on experience with large pours (400+ yards), including setup, placement, finishing, and curing
• Background in agricultural construction is strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and crew management abilities
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of safety procedures and regulatory requirements
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptability in dynamic work environments
• Valid CDL driver's license (required)
• High degree of integrity, honesty, and reliability

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday
• Occasional Weekends and Overtime as project demands

• Onsite - Projects based in Wisconsin and surrounding regions with travel required
