Position: Social Media Agent Location: Miami, FL Salary: $56,000 - $70,000 per year

Capital NYC is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Agent to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience. As a Social Media Agent, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms.

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to our brand voice.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and contests to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
• Utilize social media advertising tools to increase reach and effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Agent or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
• Video editing skills are a plus.
