Job Description
The Manager, Client Services and Activations - Golf is responsible for executing and managing best-in-class activations for TGL/WTGL brand partners, ensuring all contractual deliverables are fulfilled at a high level and drive measurable value. This role partners with Sales to onboard clients and translate agreements into impactful, ROI-driven activation plans across digital, broadcast, events, and in-venue experiences. Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, this individual manages relationships, coordinates cross-functional execution, and ensures seamless delivery across matches and events. He/she will also support proposal development and lead season-end recaps to highlight performance and drive renewals. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Client Services and Activations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments, while being capable of managing multiple partnerships, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality execution that supports revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales to onboard new clients, interpret contract terms, and create partner activation plans for ROI
- Manage partnership deliverables and reporting (i.e., signage, print, digital, broadcast elements, promotional assets, hospitality, premiums, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that client expectations are met
- Coordinate partner branding and activations for TGL/WTGL matches and events, including but not limited to in-game features, hospitality experiences, fan engagement and more
- Collaborate with other departments at TMRW Sports to develop and implement strategies for each partner that promote the brand’s products and/or services
- Maintain regular communication with clients and agencies to build partnerships, improve activations and fulfill commitments that drive renewals
- Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations
- Develop and present season-end recap presentations
- Review and approve partner marketing materials for brand alignment and effectiveness
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on partner activation budgets and expenses
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years in sports partnership activation, preferably within an agency, sports league property or media environment
- Experience managing multiple accounts and activations for large brands at one time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong relationship-building, communication, time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Basic creative/graphic design skills a plus to assist in creating mockup documents
- Ability to travel to SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and other partner locations for TGL/WTGL matches and other events and meetings, as needed
Preferred:
- 5+ years in sports partnership activation
- Experience working within an agency, sports league property or media environment
