This role focuses on the creation, maintenance, and optimization of digital and print templates that support client communications and operational workflows within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will serve as a key link between implementation teams, account managers, and clients, ensuring that all documentation is accurately mapped, configured, and deployed within internal systems. The position combines technical execution, client interaction, and process coordination, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will also support troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement of template processes and tools. Working in a collaborative environment, you will contribute to enhancing user experience through clear, consistent, and well-structured documentation. This is a highly hands-on role where precision and communication are essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, updating, and supporting template systems and related documentation to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with client and internal requirements.
- Maintain, map, and upload electronic and paper-based templates into internal systems and platforms.
- Update existing templates to reflect system configurations and ensure consistency across documentation workflows.
- Respond to inbound calls and inquiries related to templates, providing troubleshooting support and best practice guidance.
- Collaborate with account executives, implementation teams, and clients to gather requirements and execute template updates.
- Deliver training and demonstrations on template usage, updates, and system functionality to internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and validate documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before final upload or deployment.
- Assist with reporting, tracking updates, and maintaining visibility on template status and deliverables.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps and contributing to process optimization initiatives.
This position requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, fast-paced, and client-facing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 2 years relevant experience).
- At least 1 year of experience working with DataTrak or similar systems preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as CRM, ServiceNow, Adobe Acrobat, and documentation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn complex systems and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
