Job Description

Senior Software Engineer, Product

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Product in the United States.

This role is focused on building high-impact, full-stack product capabilities within small, autonomous engineering teams that move quickly from concept to production. You will work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, taking full ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply oriented toward pragmatic delivery over process-heavy workflows. Engineers are expected to think end-to-end, contribute to architecture, and actively leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve software quality. You will play a key role in shaping internal platforms used to support complex, high-value client engagements. This position is ideal for engineers who thrive in high-ownership settings and enjoy solving ambiguous problems with modern, AI-augmented engineering practices.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and deliver full-stack applications from concept through production deployment, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure components.
  • Own the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Collaborate within small, high-ownership engineering pods to deliver features quickly and with minimal handoffs.
  • Contribute to system architecture decisions and apply pragmatic engineering approaches to scalable product design.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and code quality improvements.
  • Maintain strong standards for reliability, performance, and maintainability across all delivered software.
  • Participate in continuous iteration cycles, improving products based on feedback, performance data, and evolving requirements.
  • Support cloud-based deployments and ensure applications run effectively in production environments.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack development environments.
  • Strong capability across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure technologies.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices.
  • Proven ability to make architectural decisions and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Daily use of AI-assisted development tools, with experience applying AI across the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience with modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in small, fast-moving teams with minimal process overhead.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and market standards
  • Fully remote work within the United States
  • High-autonomy engineering culture focused on ownership and impact
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-assisted development workflows
  • Collaborative environment with small, high-performing engineering teams
  • Exposure to modern cloud infrastructure and scalable product systems
  • Fast-paced delivery cycles with meaningful product impact
  • Professional growth through hands-on architecture and full-stack ownership
