This role focuses on driving high-impact sponsorship sales across a portfolio of major corporate events and brand activations. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that generate revenue while elevating large-scale event experiences. Working at the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology, you will identify new sponsor opportunities and convert them into long-term alliances. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver compelling sponsorship programs. Your work will directly influence brand visibility, partner success, and overall event performance.
- Drive sponsorship sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across a portfolio of proprietary events and activations
- Identify, research, and engage potential sponsors aligned with the organization’s innovation and technology-focused ecosystem
- Develop tailored sponsorship proposals that clearly communicate value, impact, and marketing alignment for prospective partners
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with sponsors and external stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Ensure flawless execution of sponsorship deliverables by coordinating with internal marketing, production, and event teams
- Manage and grow long-term sponsor relationships to maximize retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Track sponsorship performance and deliver post-event reporting with insights on ROI, engagement, and business outcomes
- 3+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or event marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue and sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms to manage pipelines and sales activity
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
- Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on long-term partnership building
- Competitive base salary ranging from USD 81,500 to USD 187,500 (depending on experience and location), with potential variable incentives
