Job Description

Description:

There are workplaces that talk about excellence and true meaningful mental health care. And then there's Zeeva.

We are a woman and LCSW-owned mental health practice known for doing something rare: delivering premium, high-quality therapy while remaining deeply committed to accessibility, including working with Medi-Cal and Medicare.

We are a practice built on the core belief that excellence and humanity don't just coexist; they are essential together. That the warmest, most authentic and connected teams produce the most extraordinary clinical work. That when therapists feel truly seen, supported, cherished, and valued as whole human beings, we show up and love the work we do.

We believe supervision is sacred work and one of the most powerful investments we make in the future of mental health care. We cultivate genuine and real connection, the kind that shapes a clinician, changes a career, and ripples out into hundreds of lives. At Zeeva, our mission is to care for one another, bring light to the world, and advance trauma-informed, whole-person mental health: one life, one family, one community at a time.

WHO WE ARE

Heart-Centered. Empathy leads. We show up warm, present, grounded, and authentically human: with our clients, our colleagues, and ourselves.

Inspired Learning. We are forever students. Curiosity and lifelong learning are in our DNA. We seek wisdom, evolve our skills, and never stop growing.

Dedicated to Excellence. Uncompromising quality and exceptional work honor the sacred trust our clients, clinicians, and community place in us.

The Power of We. No one works alone. We practice generosity, collaboration, and collective wisdom. We are intentional go-givers who show up fully for the whole team.

Brave Reflection. We look inward with courage and honesty. We build through active feedback, accountability, and the kind of vulnerable openness that makes us better, individually and together.

If this resonates with you, keep reading.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

As an associate therapist at Zeeva, you model brave reflection, embody our shared values, and demonstrate what it looks like to learn and practice trauma-informed care.

This is not a place to just get your hours. Zeeva is where you build your future.

You will join a team of clinicians committed to collective learning and ongoing evolution. Clinical supervision at Zeeva is not one-way. We learn alongside you. The clinical dilemmas we navigate, the cases we bring, the perspectives we carry, inspires all of us.

We take learning as seriously as you do. You will be fully trained in AMSR (Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk) through the Zero Suicide Institute and in Motivational Interviewing as part of your Zeeva clinical foundation. From there, our advanced evidence-based CEU program and competitive in-house EMDR certification pathway are open to you to grow into.

And this is just the beginning…

WHO YOU ARE

You are a clinician at the start of something life changing, and you know it. You are not looking for somewhere to just log hours. You are energized by the challenge. You want a room of fellow clinicians who push you, inspire you, and hold you to a standard that makes you proud. Brave reflection is something you actively live and embrace.

You lead with empathy, warmth, presence, and authenticity with clients, colleagues, and yourself. You are looking for a clinical home that matches your dedication, honors your whole self, and gives you something truly worthy of your best.
