Key Responsibilities:

• Perform summer maintenance tasks including landscaping, groundskeeping, and general upkeep
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with cleaning, repairs, and other maintenance duties as required
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of general labor and landscaping maintenance
• Ability to use required tools in accordance with all safety regulations
• Ability to work the AM shift
