The Opportunity:

• Receive and screen referral inquiries, gather required information, and assign referrals to maintain balanced therapist/practitioner caseloads. Must demonstrate flexibility in availability to respond to urgent or time‑sensitive referrals when needed.
• Provide training, supervision, and support to therapists/practitioners, including onboarding, ongoing skill development, and performance feedback. Assume primary responsibility for hiring and on-the-job training of new staff.
• Participate in all required components of PACT Site Development/QE, the quality enhancement component of the PACT program.
• Ensure all clinical documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

What You Will Bring to The Role:

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work or a closely related field
• Three (3) years’ experience with crisis intervention, counseling; or
• An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may be considered

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $48.0917 to $62.2800 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
