ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Help facilities coordinator with maintainingthe upkeep (interior and exterior) of the Casa Esperanza physical premises,including all grounds, walkways, common areas, office spaces and guest rooms.Helping complete work orders. Preventative maintenance and repairs which mayinclude changing out furniture and fixtures, patching and painting offices,hanging pictures, shelves, keeping roof drains clean. Help keep pantry/kitchenareas tidy. Carry out other projects and/or duties that may be assigned fromtime to time
