Key Responsibilities
Perform DC power system audits, preventive maintenance, and load testing
Install, test, and turn up DC power systems, batteries, inverters, and framing
Complete additions, removals, and modifications of live working equipment
Install auxiliary framing, relay racks, equipment cabinets, and ironwork
Add and remove circuits from working power distribution equipment
Interpret and review job drawings/specs with the crew before starting a project
Operate tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean and hazard-free worksite
Support crew leads and supervisors by executing assigned field tasks
Adapt to night work, weekend shifts, and overtime as needed
Lift, carry, or push/pull up to 75+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of experience in DC power or telecom preferred
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must pass a drug screen, pre-employment physical, and comply with random testing
Knowledge of DC power tools, safety procedures, and mechanical systems
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to quality workmanship
