Accurately document and route calls and faxes appropriately in the electronic health record (EHR). Provide excellent customer service and utilize problem solving skills to address patient requests and concerns within scope. Complete shipment verifications for UK Specialty pharmacy to ensure mail order deliveries were delivered accurately and timely. Escalate delayed shipments appropriately, if needed. Complete other tasks as needed to support patient care and the department.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesStrong customer service skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, team player, able to multitask, attention to detail, computer skills, problem solving, strong verbal and written communication skills.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
