This role will be pivotal in managing and driving complex cross-functional programs that span multiple products. • Work with cross-functional product and engineering teams to conceptualize solutions
• Be technically hands-on in building agents to pursue new ways of working in the AI delivery cycle
• Program manage technical, complex, large scale initiatives from planning to delivery
• Promote best practices in AI-human collaboration across all teams
• Establish new measures and metrics appropriate for AI-native development
• Create dashboards and monitoring systems for intelligent process oversight
• Continuously measure and report progress towards goals
• Lead day to day execution of programs while aligning with strategic objectives
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Partner with Product and Engineering Managers for resource planning and prioritization
• Set a gold standard for concise and polished communication
• Act as a catalyst for change within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Experience developing custom AI agents and workflows
• In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies
• 7 to 12 years of overall engineering experience
• 5+ years in technical program management or similar roles
• Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives end to end
• At least 4 years of experience interacting with organizational leadership
• Technically savvy with expertise in leading engineering discussions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Cloud or data-related certifications are a plus
