1. Customer Support (H tr khch hng) + Sales Support- Data Management (Qun l d liu)- Administration/Documentation (Qun l hnh chnh/ ti liu)- Complaint/Issue Handling (X l khiu ni/vn )- Ad hoc support as requested (H tr theo yu cu)2. Process (Quy trnh)- Maintain, improve current Sales Processes: Pricing, Contracting, Onboarding, (Duy tr, ci thin cc quy trnh bn hng hin ti: nh gi, Hp ng, Onboarding,...)- Work with related departments (Phi hp vi cc phng ban lin quan)3. Report (Bo co)- Lead Generation report- Deal & Contract management- Request Report by ProjectRequirement

• - Familiar with Microsoft office, especially Excel (Thnh tho Microsoft Office, c bit l Excel)
• - Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze (K nng phn tch, thu thp, t chc v phn tch d liu)
