- Advise on operational privacy matters and applicable regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate data protection and vendor contracts.
- Strengthen governance frameworks in collaboration with GRC teams.
- Support responsible AI governance and conduct vendor diligence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on data privacy and AI adoption.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes impacting data and AI.
- Provide guidance on privacy issues related to tracking technologies.
- Assist with other legal matters as necessary.
- J.D. degree and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 48 years of legal experience focusing on privacy and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA).
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent communication skills with a business-focused approach.
