- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end toolchains for development, deployment, and operations in Azure and AWS
- Lead initiatives to improve onboarding, self-service capabilities, and deployment efficiency
- Build resilient frameworks for rapid, safe releases and real-time monitoring
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align platform capabilities with business needs
- Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and playbooks to support teams
- Promote cost optimization, security best practices, and automation across the platform lifecycle
- Evaluate and integrate emerging cloud and DevOps technologies to maintain a leading-edge platform
- 5+ years of experience in technical architecture, DevOps, or platform engineering
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture
- Strong skills in scripting, automation, and SDK/API development
- Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and observability platforms
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, including architecture diagrams and solution design
- Experience with SaaS platforms, large-scale data processing, or analytics environments
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices is a plus
