At VB Spine, the Events Lead plays a critical role in creating world-class tradeshows, sales meetings, town halls, and incentive trips that energize teams, elevate our brand, and support our growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves owning every detail—from early planning through flawless on-site execution.

As the Events Lead, you will be the single point of accountability for VB Spine’s most important internal and external events, partnering closely with communications, marketing, sales leadership, medical education, and finance to deliver seamless, memorable experiences.



What You’ll Do:

End-to-End Event Operations

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver tradeshows, sales meetings, and town halls across the year.
  • Build detailed project plans that keep stakeholders aligned on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Serve as the primary owner for execution and day-of coordination.
  • Manage attendee communication, rooming lists, food & beverage, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure deliverables are on time and meet expectations.
  • Research venues and conduct site visits.
  • Review vendor and venue contracts and work closely with legal.

Tradeshows

  • Own all logistics for tradeshows: registration, exhibitor requirements, coordination with internal teams, onsite schedules, etc.
  • Identify booth and onsite needs early, translate them into clear requests, and drive them through completion with internal partners and vendors.
  • Manage the overall tradeshow plan to ensure VB Spine’s presence is impactful within our given tradeshow budget.

Sales Events

  • Plan and execute VB Spine’s sales meeting and grand champions trip, building experiences that are memorable and energizing.
  • Translate leadership objectives into a clear meeting plan.
  • Partner with communications and marketing team members on the meeting narrative, theme, and attendee experience.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 4+ years of work experience required
  • 3+ years of medical device and events experience preferred

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits.

VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
