We are currently searching for a Videographer for capturing and producing compelling video content that reflects KREWE’s elevated aesthetic and creative point of view. This role is primarily focused on on-set and in-studio video capture, supporting campaign shoots, product storytelling, social content, and brand moments.
This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:Video Capture + ProductionCapture high-quality video content on set and in studio for campaigns, product launches, lifestyle shoots, and brand moments.Support photographers and creative leads by capturing complementary motion content during still shoots.Film product-focused video (e.g. 360 rotations) with attention to detail, lighting, movement, and composition.Capture behind-the-scenes footage and spontaneous moments that add personality and depth to the brand.Editing + Post-ProductionEdit and deliver polished video assets optimized for social, web, and internal use.Produce short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social channels.Apply basic color correction/grading, sound balancing, and formatting while maintaining brand consistency.Manage organized file structures and collaborate on asset delivery with the Creative team.Tools + FlexibilityUse both professional video equipment and iPhone capture to create versatile, platform-appropriate content.Assist with lighting setups and basic gear prep during shoots.Adapt quickly to changing shoot needs, timelines, and creative direction.Collaboration + GrowthWork closely with Creative, Photo, and Marketing teams to ensure video content aligns with brand goals.Take direction well while contributing ideas and creative instincts.Learn and grow within KREWE’s evolving video and content workflows.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in videography, content creation, or a related field (internships and freelance experience encouraged).A portfolio or reel that demonstrates strong visual instincts, composition, and storytelling—especially for social platforms.Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro.Familiarity with LUTs, scopes, and advanced color grading workflows.Comfort shooting with both professional cameras and iPhone.Background in cinematography or an eye for composition and lighting.Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Clear communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude.Interest in fashion, design, or luxury brands—familiarity with this space is a plus.Experience with After Effects and motion graphics is a plus.Bonus: Experience in photo editing or retouching is a plus, though not required.Benefits and Perks:Competitive wageGroup health plans: health, vision and dental insuranceWelfare benefits: life, ad&d, supplemental voluntary coverage FSA Plan & HSA Program 401(K) Investment OptionsAdoption Assistance, EAP, Commuter BenefitsPaid Parental Leave Quarterly Cultural SpendOngoing Training and Development, an Educational Allowance10 paid holidays and Paid Time Off accrualKREWE employee quarterly frame allowance (of course!)Diversity and Inclusion: KREWE believes in providing an inclusive workplace where all individuals have the opportunity to succeed.
