Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking Inventory Acquisition Assistant to add to our Fitz Buys Car's Team! We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused associates to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous customer service experience is preferred for this position. Those with experience in the hospitality, call center, telemarketing, customer service, mortgage, financial, and insurance industries are highly encouraged to apply. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, high energy positive attitude, and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license is required! RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with 1st-party and 3rd-party leads interested in selling their vehicles
• Contact potential sellers via phone, text, and email
• Schedule in-person appointments for vehicle evaluations
• Guide customers through the vehicle selling process
• Provide a professional and customer-focused experience
• Support the overall operations of the vehicle acquisition center
