The Restaurant General Manager is the mastermind behind the magic! Youll be in charge of planning and orchestrating all the delicious action in our stand-alone bar or restaurant, making sure every detail runs smoothly. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in a related field and 810 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; must meet all licensing and certification requirements.
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
• Deep understanding of industry practices, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and proven time management abilities for self and team.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest service and contribute to business success through enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Effective in planning, problem-solving, and managing complex responsibilities with excellent communication skills.
