You will lead high-impact telecom infrastructure projects, managing the integration of underground, aerial, and splicing workflows. This role offers the autonomy to drive large-scale deployments while receiving the support of a company that values professional growth and technical excellence. You will serve as the primary link between project strategy and field execution across diverse regional territories.
How You Will Make an ImpactOrchestrate the daily activities of multiple field crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless project integration.
Manage complex construction schedules for simultaneous underground, aerial, and fiber splicing operations.
Verify that all field installations meet stringent telecom industry standards and specific client quality requirements.
Resolve real-time technical and logistical obstacles on-site to maintain project momentum and minimize downtime.
Audit field safety practices to ensure total compliance with OSHA regulations and company-wide security protocols.
Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams to provide transparent updates on milestones and resource needs.
Implement optimized workflow strategies to enhance production efficiency without compromising workmanship quality.
Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience managing multi-faceted telecom construction projects.
Deep technical knowledge of underground boring, aerial utility placement, and fiber optic splicing operations.
Proven track record of successfully coordinating diverse field crews and third-party subcontractors.
Possession of current OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
Ability to travel frequently to various regional sites to provide direct oversight and leadership.
Advanced experience in managing government or federal telecommunications infrastructure contracts.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management software and field reporting digital tools.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships and material logistics.
