You will play a versatile role in the residential division, blending technical electrical expertise with general construction craftsmanship. This position is perfect for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys working across all phases of a build, from rough-in to final fixtures. • Installed and maintained electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures within new residential homes and apartment complexes.

• Diagnosed electrical malfunctions and system issues to perform efficient repairs and ensure long-term reliability.

• Integrated components such as lighting, outlets, and electrical panels while maintaining strict adherence to safety codes.

• Executed carpentry and general construction tasks across various project phases to ensure seamless site progress.

• Verified that all electrical installations meet local and national code compliance to pass rigorous site inspections.

• Collaborated with the field operations team to troubleshoot structural and electrical obstacles in real-time.

• Maintained a high standard of site cleanliness and tool organization to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential electrical installation or general construction.

• Proven ability to diagnose electrical issues and install panels, lighting, and fixtures.

• Demonstrated willingness to work across all phases of construction, including carpentry and site prep.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using a wide variety of hand and power tools.

• Capacity to travel to various residential job sites as required by the project schedule.

• Bachelors Degree.

• Active OSHA 10 Training certification.

• Previous experience working on multi-family apartment developments.
