VP, Product Management - Agentic AI

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a VP, Product Management - Agentic AI in the United States.

This is a high-impact executive product leadership role at the intersection of graph technology and next-generation AI systems. You will define and drive the strategy for agentic AI products that enable enterprises to build reliable, context-aware AI applications powered by knowledge graphs. In a fast-moving environment shaped by LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agents, you will play a key role in solving one of AI’s most critical challenges: grounding models in accurate, connected, and explainable data. You will lead a team of product managers while partnering closely with engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to bring innovative capabilities to market. This role blends deep technical understanding with strategic vision and strong market awareness. You will also serve as a key external voice, shaping how the industry understands and adopts graph-powered AI. It is a rare opportunity to help define a category at the forefront of enterprise AI transformation.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and own the product strategy for Agentic AI, including applications such as RAG, AI agents, knowledge graphs, and LLM grounding to enable enterprise-grade AI solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product managers, ensuring strong alignment between roadmap execution and business priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, translating customer needs, technical constraints, and market trends into actionable and prioritized product roadmaps.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, research, and GTM teams to deliver integrations with AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and developer ecosystems.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy in collaboration with sales and marketing, ensuring strong positioning, packaging, and adoption across technical and enterprise audiences.
  • Act as an external thought leader, representing the product vision in industry events, analyst discussions, and strategic customer engagements.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in developer platforms, data infrastructure, or AI-driven products.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of AI systems such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector search, AI agents, or related machine learning technologies.
  • Technical fluency in areas such as graph data modeling, retrieval architectures, embeddings, and modern AI/ML pipelines; Python experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build product strategy from customer insights, market signals, and technical constraints into measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influence skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Experience working with modern cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) and enterprise data/AI platforms.
  • Ability to understand developer adoption patterns and enterprise buying behavior in emerging technology markets.
Benefits:
  • Annual base salary range: $340,000 – $460,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location.
  • Equity (stock options) and eligibility for annual bonus programs.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and additional leave policies depending on employment terms.
  • Opportunity to work in a globally recognized leader in graph and AI innovation.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI, developer ecosystems, and enterprise-scale data challenges.
