Strategic Alliance Partner Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic Alliance Partner Manager in United States.

This role is a high-impact, quota-carrying position focused on driving strategic enterprise partnerships and accelerating joint revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and executing go-to-market strategies with key technology partners, including major enterprise platforms and regional systems integrators. The position plays a critical role in shaping pipeline generation, strengthening executive-level relationships, and enabling cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and partner ecosystems. Operating in a fully remote environment, you will own both strategy and execution for high-value alliances while directly influencing revenue outcomes. This is a highly visible role where you will act as a key connector between internal teams and external partners to unlock shared business success. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and focused on measurable impact and scalable growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and pipeline generation strategies with strategic enterprise partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Own partner performance by tracking referral pipeline, bookings targets, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships across partner organizations and internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams.
  • Lead joint planning activities including account alignment, opportunity development, partner enablement, and deal acceleration.
  • Manage ongoing partner communications and act as the key liaison between field sales teams and partner organizations.
  • Monitor and report on pipeline, KPIs, and partner performance using CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce.
  • Lead business cadence activities including Quarterly Business Reviews, forecasting, executive reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee budgets for partner initiatives and ensure alignment with ROI and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology partnerships, strategic alliances, or partner management roles.
  • Proven track record of driving $5M+ in annual partner-sourced revenue and exceeding performance targets.
  • Strong experience working with enterprise software ecosystems and complex go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong business acumen combined with technical understanding of enterprise solutions.
  • Highly autonomous, strategic thinker with strong execution and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable working in an AI-driven, fast-evolving environment and leveraging AI tools to improve performance.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with on-target earnings ranging approximately from 198,700 USD to 384,800 USD depending on location and experience.
  • Annual performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance (varies by location).
  • Flexible remote work environment across the United States.
  • Paid time off and generous parental leave policies.
  • Retirement savings plan with company contributions.
  • Inclusive culture with strong focus on diversity, equity, and employee resource groups.
  • Continuous learning environment with strong emphasis on AI adoption and professional development.
