This senior strategic leadership role is focused on shaping and executing go-to-market initiatives within the financial services industry, driving long-term revenue growth and market expansion. You will act as a key bridge between technology, sales, and industry expertise, designing solutions that address complex challenges across banking, insurance, and fintech ecosystems. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will identify high-value opportunities, build differentiated offerings, and strengthen positioning in a highly competitive market. This role requires strong industry expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders and strategic partners. You will collaborate closely with internal leadership, product, and sales teams to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies. It is a high-impact position combining thought leadership, business development, and solution architecture responsibilities.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue and gross profit growth across financial services segments, including banking, insurance, and fintech.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by monitoring industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics.
- Architect industry-specific technology solutions integrating hardware, software, cloud, and services to address complex financial services needs.
- Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, lead executive-level customer engagements, and support proposal development and solution positioning.
- Develop thought leadership content, including white papers, webinars, and industry presentations, to strengthen market presence and brand authority.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, industry groups, and financial institutions to support business expansion.
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, including deep exposure to banking, insurance, investment management, or fintech environments.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and their impact on business operations and technology adoption.
- Proven ability to design and launch new business lines, solutions, or market strategies within financial services.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior decision-makers in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable business plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience representing organizations in client-facing and industry settings.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $156,000 USD annually
