  • Drive 0→1 product initiatives, from discovery and concepting through to execution and iteration in production
  • Partner with product, engineering, research, and data teams to identify opportunities and translate insights into impactful design solutions
  • Design scalable, elegant, and frictionless user experiences that improve engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the evolution and governance of the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and visual excellence

  • Champion high standards in UX and visual craft across teams, raising the bar for product quality and design thinking
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in product design across consumer-facing mobile and web applications
  • Proven track record of owning complex design initiatives end-to-end, from research to launch and iteration
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in UX, visual design, and shipped products at scale
  • Experience building and evolving design systems in close collaboration with engineering teams
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with rapid iteration and high execution standards
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around design decisions
  • Experience in marketplaces, fintech, mobility, or insurance industries is a plus
  • Deep product thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with additional equity opportunities as part of total compensation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and wellness benefits
  • Flexible work environment supporting autonomy and work-life balance
  • Opportunities for professional growth in a high-impact, fast-scaling product organization
  • Access to a strong design and product culture focused on craft, innovation, and continuous improvement.
