Production / Warehouse Associate at Traverse Gorilla Financing – Powder Springs, Georgia

Job Role Summary:

The Production / Warehouse Associate I is an entry level position within DPWagner.

The person will be an individual who possesses the ability to learn basic skills associated with the various machines and processes used in the manufacture of finished goods products, as well as operate within a warehouse environment participating in packaging, shipping and receiving activities.

This individual will also possess the capacity to follow instructions from senior team members to accomplish assigned tasks.

This individual shall possess and be capable of:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency
• Working independently and within a team

Job Responsibilities:

• Have the ability to learn to operate packaging and processing equipment in an assembly line / type of environment
• Learn and follow all processes and procedures regarding warehousing and manufacturing operations, workflow, and best practices.
• Work within the Manufacturing, Production, Packaging and Shipping / Receiving areas as assigned by manager.
• Work with Sales Orders, Worker Orders, Purchase Orders, and other required forms of documentation for the fulfillment and execution of customer orders and raw material orders.
• Prepare for shipment direct-to-consumer internet orders. (Utilization of pick lists, packing slips, shipping labels)
• Prepare for shipment of direct-to-retailer orders (Physical Locations and or Distribution Centers). (Utilization of Bill of Ladings, shipping Documents, pick lists, packing slips, pallet labels, placards, etc.)
• Maintain a “SAFE” work environment by adhering to all standards and guidelines as set forth by the company.

Work Schedule:

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

This role is falls within our structure of Production and Warehousing Personnel as below as noted below:

1) Production / Warehouse Supervisor

2) Production / Warehouse Lead

3) Production / Warehouse Operator

4) Production / Warehouse Associate (Levels I, II, III)

COMPENSATION:

Pay Grade: Level 4

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour - $22.00 per hour

Overtime Status: Qualifies for Overtime
