Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 7232 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75231

Work hours: Fulltime; Monday-Friday ( 8:00a - 4:30p)

Here's What You Need

• M.D. or D.O. Medicine or Physiology required OR

• PhD upon hire required

• 6 months' physiology experience upon hire required

• 5 years' work experience in a research lab and/or related clinical setting preferred

• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required

• Demonstrated verbal and written ability to communicate effectively and professionally across disciplines and with a variety of distinct constituents, including participants, guests, staff members, physicians, and volunteers.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across and beyond

the organization.

• Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and advanced expertise in analyzing organizational needs.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a major research initiative, accomplish results and achieve measurable organizational outcomes and goals.

• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach for results.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple demands as well as respond to rapidly changing priorities.

• Demonstrated ability to respond to the needs and emotions of people under stress

• Proficient computer programming and familiarity with common software programs, Microsoft Office, database, graphics, and spreadsheet applications.
