Title: Lead Cybersecurity Engineer

Primary Location: Dallas, TX Preferred and Remote should be Okay with 25 to 30% Travel.

Position Summary:

Senior technical leader responsible for setting technical direction and defining security architecture across corporate IT and data center infrastructure. Serves as primary technical authority on enterprise security decisions and leads strategic security initiatives. Provides technical mentorship to engineering team and represents cybersecurity in leadership discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define technical security roadmap and engineering standards
  • Serve as final technical authority on security architecture decisions
  • Lead design and implementation of enterprise security monitoring and detection
  • Architect security automation and orchestration solutions
  • Lead major incident response efforts and program development
  • Provide technical mentorship and represent cybersecurity to leadership

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience with 3+ years in senior/lead capacity
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft security stack and enterprise security architecture
  • CISSP required plus advanced Microsoft or GIAC certifications
  • Proven leadership abilities and executive communication skills
  • Experience developing security programs for enterprise environments
