What You'll Do:

• Perform finishing tasks like caulking, installing doors, seals, handles, test ports, and windows
• Install components like fan screens, dampers, drain pans, and floor grating
• Clean and prep units, touch up paint, and remove masking or weld splatter
• Assist with basic assembly tasks as needed, following blueprints and instructions
• Use hand and power tools safely to assemble and secure components
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals while maintaining safety

What You'll Need:

• 1+ year of experience in construction or skilled labor
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions/blueprints
• Physical ability to lift heavy components and work on your feet
• Team player with strong communication skills
