We Need Real Commercial Techs

We’re busy and growing fast. Our technicians work on rooftop units, make-up air, VRF systems, and large-tonnage commercial equipment—not residential call-backs. If you can diagnose, troubleshoot, and work independently in true commercial environments, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

-Service and troubleshoot RTUs, split systems, make-up air units, exhaust systems, --VAVs, and packaged units
-Perform scheduled commercial kitchen exhaust hood cleaning
-Conduct Auto-Mist system inspections and maintenance
--Ensure compliance with fire protection standards, safety regulations, and NFPA 98
-Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
-Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and exhaust systems
-Respond to emergency and scheduled service calls
-Identify and report NFPA 98 deficiencies
-Use mobile applications to complete service tickets, documentation, and reports
-Perform proper setup and teardown of equipment at job sites
-Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent condition
-Monthly travel may be required, including occasional single overnight stays

What We’re Looking For

-3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
-EPA Certification (required)
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-Strong electrical and refrigeration diagnostic skills
-Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and lifts
-Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
-Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
-Must pass background check and drug screening
