Accountabilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a world-class IT and security team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalability, availability, and performance.
Establish and enforce information security policies, procedures, and best practices while managing risk and responding to incidents.
Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and vendor relationships, including negotiating technology contracts and conducting security audits for PCI, SOC2, ISO27001, and SOX compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, support technology initiatives, and integrate IT and physical security systems.

Requirements

7+ years of experience managing IT and security teams in complex environments.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, including cloud services, Okta, G Suite, JAMF, and related tools.
Demonstrated ability to develop IT strategy, oversee infrastructure, and implement security policies.
High learning agility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up or dynamic development environment.
Experience with vendor management, technology contract negotiation, and compliance auditing.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team development skills, fostering collaboration across remote and cross-functional teams.
Highly desirable: project management experience, physical security system expertise, risk management, crisis operations, and threat intelligence analysis.
